Efoyta Property and Related Issues Management is owned and managed by Ato Fikru Tilahun, a multi-skilled professional with over 30 years of experience in public and private organizations across various sectors, including administration, diplomacy, business, and communication.
While living and working abroad for about a decade, Ato Fikru frequently returned to Ethiopia to manage his family property, pay taxes, and invest in his home country. These experiences exposed him to the challenges of navigating bureaucratic systems and highlighted the urgent need for professional property and issue management services. Efoyta was founded to help property owners and individuals with pending issues, both in Ethiopia and abroad, enjoy the benefits of their investments and entitlements without stress and at an affordable cost.

Our Staff
Efoyta is led by Managing Director Ato Fikru Tilahun, whose extensive experience and academic credentials form the backbone of the company. Mr Fikru held MBA from the University of Abuja.BA Degree in Political Science and International Relations
from Addis Ababa University. Diplomas in Law and English Language & Literature from the same University. He also has taken various short-term trainings in finance, marketing, customer handling, security, negotiation, and more—both locally and internationally.
Efoyta’s team includes experienced professionals specializing in marketing, administration and finance, law and building maintenance ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
